COMO

At the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg interdisciplinary research is carried out in the framework of the research area Automotive. The sub project B3 of the project COMO deals with information IT security. The tasks deal with a threat-risk-analysis and also with the development of first guidelines as well as a concrete design pattern. Furthermore in the context of a secure data management system used in the automobile and its components, there is a demand for extending the data management systems and also the simple use of such a system. A further activity is the development of design patterns and particularly for secure communication systems. The focus lies on Car to Car communication technology.
