After years of collaboration between Germany and Japan, the EmKoI4.0 project, which aims to opening modern communication technologies for Industry 4.0, is approaching its conclusion.
Throughout the project Demag, Thorsis, TU Dresden and ifak developed innovative methods for dynamically adapting industrial wireless communication networks to meet application-specific requirements across their entire lifecycle. Leveraging digital models, such as the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), we enabled automatic deployment and reconfiguration of communication components, ensuring that operational demands are continuously met, even under changing conditions.
The final event will take place in a hybrid format from Demag Cranes & Components Gmbh, Ruhrstraße 28, 58300 Wetter (Ruhr) Germany and online.
