Last week, we held our Health Day in cooperation with the AOK health insurance company. The event was an opportunity to gather lots of helpful tips for staying healthy, particularly with regard to how our feet and the way we walk affect our health.
At the beginning, participants tested their balance on a balance cushion. They then walked barefoot several times along a set running track. Their movements were recorded, analysed in detail, and then explained in depth. This gave participants important insights into their individual stress profiles and possible physical strain. Optimized movement patterns and recommended actions were discussed during a personal consultation, rounding off the health day.
