Our research institute has been working with the Association of German Engineers (VDI) for 25 years. On October 10, 2025, ifak received a certificate recognizing it as a supporting company for 25 years.
With around 130,000 members, the VDI is the largest scientific and technical association in Germany and one of the most important engineering associations in Europe. Founded in 1856, the non-profit association's goals include promoting technical science, research, and industry, supporting young talent, and providing a platform for the exchange of experience and cooperation within the network.
The long-standing partnership underscores the importance of ifak as an innovative research institute. We are grateful for the mutual cooperation and support. Together, we look forward to continuing our partnership and a successful future for the engineering landscape!
