The first phase of innovation is characterized by identification and design of new product ideas. After successful evaluation of the product realization the planning of production sytems has to be done very efficiently. Main goal is the start of production and marketing of the new product very early. Goal of ENTOC is to optimize the engineering of complex production systems by means of standardization of component modelling, efficient engineering tool chain and re-use of engineering data during operation and maintenance.
