The objective of the project is to specify a technical platform with which new service offerings can be developed for the use of dependable wireless communication services in the Internet of Things. This should enable customer-specific requirements for availability and data volume of the service to be met in a demand-oriented, timely and dependable manner. This project is intended to provide providers and equipment suppliers of non-public wide area wireless networks with the means to determine the quality of communication services and networks. For the addressed application areas, e.g. water management, energy management or building management, it is necessary to demonstrate a stable message connection, as this is the basis for functionality. The solution approach is based on the use and application-oriented parameterisation of a up-state function.
