VITO-DE

The main objective of the project VITO-DE was in the decrease of the infarct mortality rate in Saxony-Anhalt. Therefore approaches and strategic concepts for the establishment of a telematics infrastructure and organisational structures to communicate medical data have been developed. With the use of external systems such as mobile ECG devices, this will significantly enhance the therapy of infarct patients already on their way to a clinic in the future.
