The aim of the SmartDelta project is to provide automated solutions for software quality assurance in continuous development processes. Through the development of machine-based data analysis techniques, quality assurance activities are identified, controlled and evaluated so that the entire process of quality assurance along the requirements of iterative development processes can be efficiently implemented and demonstrated. The results of the analysis are used to improve the testing and verification process and are integrated for automated test generation, selection, execution, enabling companies to develop and deliver high-quality software systems in a fast-paced, agile environment. As a project result, a tool chain for the quality assurance of critical software in iterative development processes is created.
