On 02.11.2017 Sarah Willmann from ifak visited the Chinese institute ITEI (Instrumentation Technology & Economy Institute). The aim of the meeting was to exchange information about current standardization activities and future cooperation. Furthermore discussions arose about first results the dependability research which are caused by the BMBF Project “Accompanying Research –Reliable wireless communication in industry”. In this area - dependability - ITEI and ifak want to work together in the field of standardization. The first documents for reference will be IEC 61907 and IEC 62673.
