This week, the 6th project meeting of the Federal Ministery of Education and Research funded research project DecS took place at Unisensor Sensorsysteme GmbH in Karlsruhe. Dr Jens Alex and Hana Al-As'ad from ifak presented the models developed in SIMBA for the Dülmen wastewater treatment plant and the Bad Sassendorf wastewater treatment plant for the removal of micropollutants with powdered activated carbon and ozone. In addition to the project discussions, a tour of the premises of Unisensor Sensorsysteme GmbH was also on the agenda.
