Great news at the end of the year. The BMBF-funded project ReICoVAir (Reliable Industrial Communication over the Air) has been awarded the Celtic Next Excellence Award 2020. The aim of the research project, which ran from January 2016 to December 2018, was to develop a test system for evaluating industrial wireless communication systems together with 11 project partners.
Within the project ifak has investigated a methodology for the management of coexistence in the field of wireless communication. Another focus was to integrate the project results into standardisation activities, such as 5G-ACIA and 3GPP.
