On Friday, 02.12.2022, Dr Schütze gave an invited online presentation on the topic of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) on an online workshop of a Colombian SUDS network. His presentation with the title "SUDS - Nuevo elementos de su simulación en Alemania" summarised the novelties of the new German guideline documents and their implications for dynamic modelling of measures of rainwater management and sketched their implementation in the simulation system Simba#.
The network "Red SUDS de Bogotá", which is coordinated by the municipality of Bogotá, was founded some years ago, following an initiative of ifak in the year 2019, funded by BMBF. The workshop last Friday was already the fifth in the workshop series of "Red SUDS de Bogotá", convening participants from municipalities, national government agencies, universities and the private sector.
