ifak at PI Conference 2015
ifak presents the recent state of the FDI Device package test system at PI conference. The conference is held in Speyer from 11th to 12th of March 2015.
ifak at ITEA & ARTEMIS Co-summit 2015
ifak participates at the ITEA & ARTEMIS Co-summit 2015 held from 10th to 1th of March 2015 in Berlin. Recently ifak is involved in two research projects AVANTI and AMALTHEA4public. At the Co-summit ifak and its partners present current results of AVANTI and AMALTHEA4public.
